I haven’t updated in a long time. However, I have been working frequently. I haven’t been putting in a whole lot of time per day but I will start again soon.

My last post was on Sept. 20th and I was talking about re-focusing and re-planning how I’m going to do business.

Gym and Fitness – I haven’t been going to the gym lately for the past few weeks. I will start going again soon. I’m not going because I have a lot of work to do which really can’t wait.

TV Sites – So my TV sites are my main focus right now. I am working on getting them in great sellable condition so I can sell em for a higher premium. I will be posting an ad to sell one of the sites today. I have about 83 TV show sites and I need to get them all making a decent penny and sell em.

Adsense Sites – I will work on these as soon as I sell some of the TV sites. I have about 25 of these domains.

Local Web Design Business – I have tried cold calling local businesses and seems good so far. I was also reading telemarketing companies and been passing out my business cards to people I know. I eventually, will get all my SEO and certificates for my business so I can charge higher rates . I will still be focusing on my own internet side projects but the income from these things will be savings and re-investing.

Workers - I still have all my workers, I need to start giving them better work to do every single day.

CPALead.com Recommendation – I had copyright content with the CPALead Widget and a few weeks ago I got my account banned for it. However, I had to sign a copyright agreement form and I was able to get my latest payment back.

Anyways, time to get to work.

I’m also going to be focusing on building my TV sites back up and making each one produce a monthly income then I will be selling them on Flippa to get a lump sum back so I can focus on a more long lasting business. I’ve been playing with the internet for a long time now and majority of these make money online methods are great and all but a lot are fads.

The way I want to do things is to start offering a service that has an actual value for the customer. This way your business is bound to stay afloat for many years to come. I can then use this as my main focus and all the money making ventures that I partake online such as clickbank, adsense, pinball, etc. will be savings money or re-investing money.

Gym and Fitness

I have started focusing on going to them gym daily again. It has been a while since I was focusing on it religiously but it is a means to live life in peace as well as dealing with stress and life itself, so I definitely need to get back on it. This week I’ll be putting in some cardio so I can get endurance back. I’ll probably go 30-45 minutes per day in the morning for cardio on an empty stomach. Also focusing on diet and eating less, cutting out the junk food.

TV Sites

Going to have my workers focus on a few selected amount of TV shows so I can increase ranking, drive more traffic and ultimate earn more revenue. My plan then after is to sell the website on flippa so someone else can make more money with it then I can. Most people will wonder, why I would do such a thing? The reason being is the fact that I don’t have much capital seed money and this is mainly what I am after. Holding these websites and sitting on them for one to two years to earn the monthly revenue is for someone who already has extra money to invest and just earn that monthly income.

My idea is to earn as much cash as soon as possible so I now have capital seed money for future investments or what not. I need money now, not later, not tomorrow, now. If I can sell my $50 per month website for $800 or $1200 as a lump sum. 16 times or 24 times the monthly revenue is what a website can/might sell for depending on a few other factors.

So basically, until I with my own capital seed money and can pump like 50 sites per week and rank them on the search engines. There’s really no point in sitting on these sites till I can effectively sit on like 300-600 sites and still produce like 50x sites per week. To actually do this takes a lot of money upfront which I don’t have.

The also bad thing about it I feel, is the fact that all your income is focused on someone else’s decision. So your income can change at any moment for no reason at all. It’s not good and dangerous to live a life dependent on this kind of income. I would feel if you had service type business, you are being paid by 20-50, 200, 300 individuals, your income isn’t based on one person’s decision. It’s based on work you do for a bunch of different customers, in a way it’s more personal and you actually provide service and help someone. It also doesn’t take one person to ruin your business, you would really need to provide a horrible service to not stay in business.

Majority of make money online methods are all scams and false hopes, there really isn’t any true product that is really worth the time and money. Of course, there are a few things that are true and do work, there’s always an exception. But most of it, is to prey on people who are unaware of the true motive of the internet marketer.

Adsense Sites – These will be put on the back-burner until I finish working on the TV sites and getting them great and ready to sell.

Web Design - I definitely am interested in developing a legit web design and seo company to actually help others in their efforts to pursue their internet goals.

Workers - They are back and I was trying to get my #1 worker to focus on sending out work and checking work but we aren’t at the point, where he can effectively handle this task so this has been postponed. I will have to still hand out work to workers individually and check to make sure the work is getting done. It’s tough because you have to juggle the daily operations of the business and try and boost either sales or revenue within the company to profit for the month.

Anyways, I’m back in the game ready to start getting some real productive days in again.

Day 94, Wednesday. Yesterday, was a decent day. Earnings were great, I wish it was like that everyday. Hopefully, soon it can be much more.

Gym: I’ll be creating a bodyspace account and start posting to it daily, I also need to post onto my blog daily. Need to get in routine for eating healthy again.

TV Sites: TV sites are doing great, I wish they would pull in more revenue though. I will need to check-up on sites and see how they are doing.

Adsense Sites: Need to do more backlinking for some of my adsense pages and maybe add some new pages of content to them.

Web Design: I’m going to focus on this as one of my main businesses and start trying to email/call certain companies that already have a website but could have a better one or if they need SEO services to rank their website higher on the internet.

Workers: Today, Is going to be the lazy day because 9-16th of this month for my 3 workers to take a little vacation for some special holiday in their country.

Work for September 8th 2010, Wednesday

GYM : Didn’t go to the gym today but will go to the gym tomorrow.

TV Sites : Pinball has been doing good and CPALead is alright but need to look into better ways to monetize the TV/Movie websites.

Adsense Sites : On one site yesterday I made $0.75 and before this I made nothing in adsense. Sites are still ranking low but they are moving up.

Web Design : I’m going to start locally by contacting companies who already have their information somewhere on the internet and have ugly looking sites. I’m going to contact them about helping them with their internet services. Hopefully, I can get some sales either meet them locally or just do everything online, which would be better. I feel a web design/seo foundation would be best because it’s a business that can produce income legitimately without scamming anyone. This would allow me more funds to produce my own network of sites on the side.

Workers: It sucks, but 3 of my workers will be absent for a week. The 9th to 16th, I will only have one of my workers working with me but should be good. I’ll be doing a lot of planning and helping my main worker become my right hand man so he can take over my daily operations tasks. This would give me more time to focus on the future of where I want to take the business.

Work for September 7th 2010, Tuesday

Checked my email address, Worked on SEO Link building business and finished all reviews and orders. Posted this 20kmonth post. Sent workers work. Organized my to-do list notes. Created a new bodybuilding.com bodyspace profile. As for earnings, I got a nice article order today for $400, I’d say there is about $160 profit from the order. Earnings today were nice.

EARNINGS = $37.66 + $17.30 + $66.30 + $163.10 = $284.36

GYM: Still not attending the gym, bad part on myself. But I plan on getting this together, very shortly. I will be away for the weekend so I don’t want to get on a strict routine and mess it up. However, when I get back I want to start hitting the gym first thing when I wake up.

TV Sites: I need to work on the ones that are lagging and fix it so they are making the most profit possible.

Adsense Sites: All adsense sites are finished. I got about 5 articles created for 5 of the adsense sites. These articles will be used to post on article directories and link back to my website. I will then do some profile backlinks, social bookmarks so I can rank on page 1 for my targeted keywords. My main goal is I want to flip my $50 month websites and keep the ones that are doing $100+ or even sell them.

Web Design: I found out there are many people who are creating lawyer, dentist, doctor type websites for these people who run these type of businesses. I also figured out that their is lots of money there and it looks fairly easy. I definitely need to get my hands on some of that.

Workers: Workers will be focused on ranking my adsense sites for page 1.

Work for September 2nd 2010, Thursday

GYM: Slacking on the gym. I’m not going to go today, either. I’m not sure, why but I do need to get my income up before anything else. I just don’t want to waste my time at the gym right now, but it is the wrong thinking.

TV Sites: I have a ton of these, I definitely need to go over them and get them advertising ready so I can just do some backlinks and get them ranked. I think I’m going to take out the real videos from now on and just do Clickbank, Pinball, Adsense, Infolinks, Adbrite and stuff.

Adsense Sites: I have been working on these. Yesterday, finished 1-12 and today will finished 13-23.

SEO Link Building Service: I have been offering/promoting my article writing service but looks like I will need to promote in more forums and stuff.

Web Design: I found out video marketing is good. You can charge $300 for a video and get them to page 1. It ‘s still the same method, backlinks and keyword research. The great thing too is that video’s don’t ever get sandboxed no matter how many links you throw at them.

Workers: Today, I want workers to focus on backlinking the adsense websites. I will be finsihing the rest today and I’ll have them go down a production list for each of these adsense sites so I can get them ranked and pulling in some money.

Work for September 1st 2010, Wednesday

Finished all my adsense sites was able to get them in working order so they are able to be backlinked.

DONE = Work on Adsense #13 to #23. make 5 pages, adsense, amazon, clickbank (make money online), new theme, about, contact, privacy policy, xml sitemap, statcounter, xml sitemap.

Sent workers work. Was checking up on clickbank sites so I can get them ready to go. I made about $70.74 yesterday total. I’m working on increasing my income overall.

GYM: I’m a lazy ass, not going to hit the gym today. I’m going to try and work on getting my income back up because it’s not where I want it to be.

TV Sites: I’m not sure, if I want to use cpalead still or use pinballpublishernetwork to monetize my TV sites. If I use pinball, I can add adsense and not include real video links. The reason for this is adsense doesn’t want you placing ads where there is copyright content on the page. But CPALead is pretty much shit unless you have a premium account.

Adsense Sites: I got one of my adsense sites up and finished yesterday. I want to start getting all of them up and ranked in serps. I’m not going to pay for any content for these websites because I simply don’t have the funds/capital to do that for each of my sites. I’m stuck spinning/re-writing content.

SEO Link Building Service: I’ve got to get this going even more and start finding more clients. Need to start bringing in the sales more.

Web Design: Local web design business, need to get ranking for local keywords and have my phone number so clients can call directly and get assistance.

Workers: Workers will be working on my sites and getting them backlinked because I don’t have any services going out just yet. I plan on doing a few different things very shortly.

It’s about the end of this month, August 2010. I’m not sure if I’ll post an income report, probably because my income is not near where I want it to be. Or I may just keep it in-house and have statistics for my own self.

Getting Out Of Comfort Zone : I’ve also started to tell my worker more of the business and really understand it so he can become an important asset to my company. I feel leaving out all the real details will only limit them in actually being productive individually. I know it’s tough letting go of the business and giving valuable information but it’s something that has to be done to grow.

Work for August 31st 2010, Tuesday

I did a ton of work today. I think today was one of the most productive days in a long time. I worked on adsense sites #1-#12 they are all ready to be promoted in search engines and receive traffic so I can make some money. I got about 8 review articles from my article service but no orders just yet. Hopefully, they will come in soon.

GYM: Gym is still a uber fail but I woke up at like 9am which is pretty late after the gym I would get back at like 10-11am. I definitely need to start waking up much earlier.

TV Sites: I need to re-work on these and change the monetization methods so I’m making more money per website.

Adsense Sites: Need to make these so they are working order, need to rank them for some longtails and get statcounter, etc on it.

SEO Link Building Service: I need to definitely post my services, Unique Article Writing on the forums. I also plan on finishing up the other pages on my website and getting the add to cart buttons intact.

Workers Work: My workers will be working on majority of my websites since I don’t have any services or orders to get out.

Work for August 30th 2010, Monday

Didn’t hit the gym. Worked on some of my TV sites, not sure how I should monetize it now, I’m thinking I should do no real videos and just adsense, clickbank, pinball. Take out CPALead because I don’t think it’s making enough. I worked on one adsense site today and it’s pretty much ready to be promoted. So that’s good news. I also posted my article services at Warrior Forum. You can check it out if you want.

Workers worked on SENuke Link Wheels, Blog Comments and Updated TV Show sites. Tomorrow, I want them to start adding more spun content to adsense sites and I need to get it nice and tidy for the visitors and then backlink time.

GYM: This week was a failure, for the gym. I was being lazy and didn’t end up going majority of the week. I believe, I think I need to start just doing 30 minutes cardio first thing in the morning and getting on a strict diet routine so It’s the same thing I eat everyday and it’s not that much to worry about.

NETWORK OF SITES: Plan on working on most of my TV sites and get them monetized for each site, setup and done. I want to focus on also adsense and clickbank sites too. I need to get some better articles put up on them and make it so they earn an income.
